Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.
This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.
Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny.
Victory Outreach works cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us.
NEXT GEN
NEXT GEN is the children's ministry of Victory Outreach Church. Every Friday & Sunday our NEXT GEN Teachers dedicate themselves to investing in the lives of our children, with wonderful worship services, creative biblical teaching and an atmosphere of fun and excitement.

Third Wave
This is a ministry tailored to the unique needs and challenges of young people. With a team of leaders who love and understand them, these young people are getting to know God at their own pace and at their own level. Every week the G. A. N. G. (God's Anointed Now Generation) meets for a powerful time of worship, fun, and god's word.
Meet Our Pastors
Pastor Francisco Segoviano and his wife, Silvia Segoviano, are the devoted Senior Pastors of Victory Outreach Grand Prairie. With a powerful testimony of transformation, they have been saved and faithfully serving the Lord for over 24 years. Their journey began in the heart of the Victory Outreach ministry, where they not only found their calling but also found each other—falling in love with God and with one another.
From humble beginnings, they pioneered Victory Outreach Grand Prairie with a deep passion to reach souls, build people, and impact their community. Their leadership is marked by dedication, vision, and a heart for the hurting.
Together, they are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Alexis, Celeste, Franky, and Timothy Segoviano and grandparents to their beautiful granddaughter Anessa. As a family, they exemplify a legacy of faith, love, and service to God.
